I immediately started looking through it and found this recipe for chicken salad that I decided to make.
What an unbelievably delicious chicken salad and what a great name , Beyond The Grave Chicken Salad. I love the way that the table of contents is set up:
As you can see from the picture there are themes for each menu with all the recipes for a wonderful beach party, backyard or really any time of the year party or just lunch or dinner. I love cookbooks and actually have a collection. I am so happy that this will become a well used part of my cookbook collection.
